To ensure smooth transactions and transparency, the following payment terms apply based on the type of client and project engagement.


For New Clients

  • All contracts for new clients will strictly be managed through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or similar to maintain security and accountability.
  • A fully funded milestone is mandatory before work begins. This ensures both parties are committed and protects the scope of work.
  • Direct payments will not be accepted for first-time engagements to avoid miscommunication and ensure structured workflows.

For Regular Clients

  • Trusted, long-term clients will have flexible payment options, including credit-based work or payment after completion, depending on the scope and history of collaboration.
  • Regular clients can make direct payments via bank transfer (domestic/international) or UPI, eliminating the need for third-party platforms.
  • Special invoicing options are available for businesses requiring customized billing cycles.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be processed if the issue is entirely due to my side, and a refund is genuinely justified.
  • No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind requests, project cancellations from the client’s end, or issues caused by external factors unrelated to my work.
  • Any disputes should be communicated clearly, and I will review them fairly based on the project deliverables and discussions.
